Before primary surgery I had very bulbous thick skin nose. Now it's like very tight and my tip of my nose is so obvious. Its clear sign of surgery. Is there anything I can do to make this better I feel like offing myself daily. If I push the tip downwards so it droops it at least looks a bit more natural, not exactly what I wanted but I'd prefer that than my current situation. A basketball to the face might do the trick. Dont have much money so :) Help anyone

Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can understand from your question After 6 months, the remaining bumps are permanent and require a revision operation. For get rid of this image I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty.
It would be better face to face consultation.
Best Regards!
