Just feel like my face is a little bit too long and would like it to look shorter and rounder like in my photoshoped version. Would a simple nose job help to make my face look bigger?

A chin implant looks like it could help along with fillers but I need to see more views. A rhinoplasty won't make it look wider.

Facial fillers are the answer, there are many choices and you need to research the possible side effects. I only use hyaluronic acid products or fat, due to the safety of both.be sure you choose a board certified physician.

Agree with Dr Mayer. Rhinoplasty might give the impression of width but not really easy to achieve. Try Voluma fillers...
