What would be most helpful, Genioplasty or Jaw Surgery? (Photos)

I’ve attached an X-Ray of my jaw and teeth. I’ve already had a consult regarding Genioplasty where I was told they could cut a big chunk of the chin, reshape it and reposition it into a better position. I see my chin and feel it would be a good idea to go for it, however I don’t know if it will give me the result I’m looking for, in some cases I’ve seen Genioplasty to be underwhelming. And what I’m looking for is to improve my jawline and reduce the bottom third which is protruding. I am also looking into jaw surgery as it could be a better solution but is much more agresive and would prefer Genioplasty + maybe chin and jaw implants, but, if Jaw Surgery would really make that much of difference I think I’d go for it. Thanks for reading and taking the time to answer.
