I feel like my face is really off my side profile looks completely different from different sides of my face what would help this?

You would likely have improved facial balance with a chin implant or sliding genioplasty. Both procedures would achieve similar results in your case.

Based on these photos it does not look that you have significant asymmetry. You may consider to start with nose surgery and see how would that affect overall facial balance. Hope this helps
