Hello @Ppearl thank you for your question and showing your pictures. This type of change after breast surgery requires a new intervention to improve the projection and shape of the breasts. Reconstructive surgeries allow the correction of shape, projection and volume of the breast as well as the complete revision of the scar, making it clear that the healing processes are inherent to each patient and her lifestyle. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS
Hello and thank you for your question.Reach out to your surgeon with your concerns. Schedule an appointment to have your breast looked at and to discuss a possible revision. Best wishes!
I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the results. Did your pre-operative symptoms improve??? How long ago was your surgery??? Usually, is good to wait at least 9-12 months before deciding if a revision is needed. I recommend to further discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon who can formulate a plan for you. But definitely, allow additional time before making any decisions.
Dear Ppearl,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
You will want to wait at least six months from your surgery to see your final results. If you are still unhappy a revision can be performed to help improve the shape. You may want to consider autoaugmentation to give you more upper pole fullness. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
Dear, it depends on the post-operative time what you have, it may change if you are less than 6 months old it will change..If you are more than 6 months or 8 months old, unfortunately it is not likely that they will change.
Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos I note a moderate degree of preoperative breast size asymmetry. In the postop photos, there is a degree of breast shape asymmetry with lateral fullness of the right breast. It does not appear significant in one photo (relatively early postop?), but is...
I encourage you to lose the planned weight prior to having breast reduction surgery. This will give you an opportunity to more accurately decide what size breasts you'd like in order to match your frame. You and your surgeon will not need to guess how future weight loss may affect the volume of...
The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying...
