Please help - I dislike my eyes (Photo)

hello! i am 18 and have struggled so very long with how small my eyes are. i don't think that there is a specific surgery for this, but.. i have noticed that when i put my finger in between the inner corner of my eye and the bridge of my nose and pull inward (away from my eye) lightly, it gives my eyes a lengthened – in turn, "bigger" appearance
