I recently had a severe atypical mole and had surgical exercision on my foot. I’m happy with the removal but it’s been a few days and it seems very red to me. I’m concerned it’s Infected. I’m actually on antibiotics and have diligently cleaned my wound 2-3x a day with hydrogen peroxide and water and polysporin then covered with a clean bandage. I’ve done everything to keep it from getting Infected. It is not oozing green pus thankfully it’s more the redness that concerns me. Thank you for any advice.
