Hello, I am a 30 year old male who is unsatisfied with his eye area. I'd like to reduce my upper eyelid exposure and smoothen out my eye bags to achieve a more masculine and "aware" look. I've asked multiple local surgeons but they've all rejected me saying that it wouldn't be worth it. I have however seen some fantastic before/after pictures with results similar to what I want to achieve.

There doesn't appear to be an excessive amount of lax skin on either eyelid. If your optometrist isn't able to find the cause of the eye pressure and strain you may want to visit an ophthalmologist before considering blepharoplasty.
