A loose screw can be a problem. The screw can break and be difficult to retrieve or the movement of the temporary crown can cause destruction of the bone around the Implant. Have the Implant doctor see you to evaluate. 

There are certainly ways to correct this issue.  I would call this to the attention of your dentist so they can put a plan in place to correct this issue.  Best of luck.
