Worried about swelling and tenderness 2 days after surgery (4 implants - 2 x each side on lower jaw).

Had only R3/R2/R1/L1/L2/L3. Weak L5 was extracted 2 d. prior to surgery. Implants were supposed to be R4+R6 & L4+L6. However the implant was placed in the place of the extracted L5 - ??? Granules with collagen were used on both sides + plasma on the right side. I was prescribed Erythromycin and told no need to rinse.The pain subsided.However the swelling after 2 days is increasing on both sides. Very painful under chin on the left, swollen under tongue/ligaments(?) on the right side .
