A loose screw can be a problem. The screw can break and be difficult to retrieve or the movement of the temporary crown can cause destruction of the bone around the Implant. Have the Implant doctor see you to evaluate.
If the implant abutment / restoration is loose, it is certainly important to have it examined right away. The main risk is fracture of retaining screw inside the implant or stripping of the hex configuration of the abutment within the implant (which is not good for both). Please see your dentist as soon as possible to assess it. If the implant is loose, then it is also concerning- It should be removed.
