Are any of the doctors familiar with a filler called Dermagen?

I am particularly interested to know about a filler called Dermagen. it is administered in a clinic in Tijuana, Mexico it is described as a polymeric (long-chain) compound of natural silica and oxygen. During manufacture the silica is melted at a temperature of 2000°F stripped of free radicals purified and sterilized. It is said to be a permanent filler.
