A combination approach would give the most improvement. In general dermal filler is the first consideration of most physicians to help what you are describing. Which type, how much, and where placed has to be determined by an in person evaluation. Most people seeing an experienced injector get good results for shadows, and moderate results for diminishing lines. Other options are available for general facial rejuvenation, short of surgery - such as NovaThreads, a non-surgical treatment for lifting, Ulthera (ultrasound tightening), micro needling, fractional resurfacing with lasers, and others. Filler can be placed in that area to soften the appearance . There are many brands available, restylane has some newer products that work with areas that require more facial movements
