What can I do to get rid of fat above my penis?

I'm a big guy and have fat above my penis and is there anything I can do o a doctor can do to get rid of it. It's affecting me both in my daily life and sexual life. Every time I pee it makes me leak on myself, on my pants. It's embarrassing. AND even worst that sexual because my penis wont stay hard, if I press the fat down it gets hard but as soon as I let go it goes soft. So I can't have sex. It really sucks for my and my girlfriend. Please help me. Thank you

if you are very large and there is skin in this area it needs to be removed at the same time a hi definition liposuction procedure is done.  a formal evaluation is needed.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The fatty pad above the pubic bone is called the mons pubis. Liposuction is a possibility to remove the fatty pad. If you have considerable skin and tissue other than fat in that area, they may need to be removed at the same time. It is best to have a thorough physical evaluation by a plastic surgeon who can determine your best options. He or she may also request that you be evaluated by a urologist as well to make sure there are no other underlying causes for your erectile dysfunction prior to your surgery. Best of luck.

I'm not aware that this fat pad would lead to problems with erections though, so you may need an evaluation by a urologist as well. I'd start with a trusted plastic surgeon near you. Best wishes.

Most people who have with you describe have substantial skin laxity and excess subcutaneous fat.As a general statement skin is typically more of an issue.When that's the case liposuction is of limited improvement.Considering the way you describe your situation my guess is a skin resection with liposuction get the best results.liposuction alone may not be sufficient.Get an examination from a board-certified plastic surgeon.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
