I'm a big guy and have fat above my penis and is there anything I can do o a doctor can do to get rid of it. It's affecting me both in my daily life and sexual life. Every time I pee it makes me leak on myself, on my pants. It's embarrassing. AND even worst that sexual because my penis wont stay hard, if I press the fat down it gets hard but as soon as I let go it goes soft. So I can't have sex. It really sucks for my and my girlfriend.
