I see that a lot of women changed their diet the week prior to surgery. I'm just unsure of what I should be consuming to ensure surgery and swelling goes well.

Answer: Surgery I would suggest contacting your surgeon's office and asking what they prefer for you to eat and what to avoid. You should avoid anything that thins the blood. Protein and fruits and vegetables are needed for healing.

Answer: Don't no your terminology Don't know what you mean by TT,HR,MR, but I am guessing tummy tuck, muscle repair, and hernia repair.
