Hello Doctors! Based on the info given in the title, I am very worried. I will contact my PS in the morning when they open, but I'm hoping for some reassurance & info. My PS cleared me for normal activities at 4 weeks, and I have been very cautious w/ everything. I went riding last week for 2 hrs with no problems, but I know 7 hrs was way too long. I'm very sore & tight today & now I'm extremely worried that I may have compromised results & further delayed my recovery. I had 500 cc. Thank you!!
