Really sore after riding all day (7 hrs) as a passenger on a side-by-side atv on bumpy trails yesterday. 7.5 wks after TUBA BA.

Dear MH,thank you for your post.  Yes, clearly 7 hours of riding over bumpy trails on an atv can cause swelling and soreness 7 weeks after augmentation.  Likely, you did not cause any long term problem, but I am not at all suprised about the swelling and soreness.  Take is easier this close to your augmentation, and when doing bouncing activities were a very good supportive bra that limits motion.Best Wishes,Pablo Prichard, MD

As long as you are just sore and there has been not change to your breasts following your activities then you should be fine.  Contact your surgeon as planned. 

I think it is unlikely that you did any damage but it is really impossible to say if there is anything wrong without examining you.  You are right to contact your surgeon first thing Monday morning.  

As others have stated it is doubtful that you have cause significant damage to your breast implants.  The upper body activity with driving or holding onto a passenger for 7 hours certainly can cause significant muscle spasms and could explain your soreness.  However I am glad you're seeing your plastic surgeon for an examination and diagnosis.
