Minimal Umbilical Scar Revision Without Changing Belly Button Shape + Can It Be Done With a Breast Lift?

Hi, I’m seeking advice on minimal umbilical scar revision. I have a small laparoscopic scar at the bottom of my belly button from an appendectomy and a healed piercing tract that left a visible hole/scar. I like my belly button’s size, depth, and shape and do not want reconstruction, just scar improvement. Is it possible to remove a small amount of scar tissue at the top and bottom and keep the final scar hidden inside the umbilicus? Can this be done conservatively, possibly under local anesthesia? I’m also considering a breast lift and wondering whether this type of umbilical revision could be done at the same time as a breast lift procedure. Photo attached. Thank you.
