2.5 years post tummy tuck - Could my belly button look better? (Photo)

Hello. I’m 2.5 years out from a tummy tuck due to severe diastasis recti. I’m African American, 5’8 in height, 140 pounds, size 2-4. I’m considering revision of my belly button because it looks unnatural and too large to me. Is it possible for it to look better or become more narrow with a revision? Also, are they any recommendations to lighten the actually tummy tuck scar? I did two rounds of topical hydroquinone prescribed by my surgeon but it didn’t make much of a difference. The last round was a year ago.
