Since birth, I have had to deal with this deformity. As a result of my illness, I had to receive injections in both buttocks. Sitting down causes me pain and discomfort. Answer: Injection deformity of buttock Thanks for posting Lee’s photos. Those bilateral hip dip to mid buttocks indented deformities will need a few separate surgical procedures. The first procedure would be to release the indentation with a pickle fork technique instrument followed by crafting. If after 2 to 3 months continued, denting is still noted. A repeat fact crafting will be done. Finally injections of combination of radios sculpture can be offered for final appearance issues. Best to do virtual consult with.
