Shave biopsy left a scar, will this ever go away? (photos)

I had a shave biopsy done in October 2022 on my chest. It became infected and I had been told by my dermatologist this would heal. After a few months my scar on my chest now looks like this. Will it ever get better?

The shave may not entirely remove the mole and still could lose some lashes. An excision bringing the edges with lashes together is the best option. Go to someone who works on eyelids like a plastic surgeon, ENT, or ophthalmologist for this, only.
