About 8 years ago had chin implant and platysmal tightened . Previous surgeon now retired . Loose skin is bothering me - does this need to be cut away ?

As a person in their thirties, it's usually best to try avoid lifting procedures that involve even short scars. You would definitely benefit from neck/chin liposuction. Also, it's a little hard to tell from the photo, but you might benefit from a chin implant at the same. This combination works...
