Im 33 yrs old and have always had a full face and now with age I have noticed jowling and my cheeks starting to sag making me look sad. Would a mini facelift be the best option?

Hello, I hope you are well!! In my opinion You should maybe consider some other less invasive options, like reposition some volume with hyaluronic acid to help you lift the middle third of your face, that will give you a more youthful look and maybe give you the option way ahead to get a facial lifting when you really needed, ´cause the lifting is a more lasting result but not definitive.
