Can hyalase cause permanent damage?

I recently got some hyalase injected in my cheeks to target some superficial filler under my tear troughs. My doctor injected just below the problem filler, applied immense pressure and almost immediately I noticed discolouration underneath the area injected, hollowing and little red capillaries. When I consulted her 48 hrs post treatment she completely dismissed me and said it was impossible. I’m really worried this may be permanent
