Would hyaluronidase to migrated lip filler also dissolve cheek / midface fillers?

Im considering hyaluronidase to correct The migrated filler on my lips, but i have fillers in my midface, cheeks and templets and Wonder IF The hyaluronidase when applied in lips can cause The fillers in other face parts att dissolve?

Thank you for your question regarding whether hyaluronidase (which is injected into lips to dissolve filler) can also be injected in your cheek to dissolve filler.  Hyaluronidase is very affective to dissolve filler. However, the Hyaluronidase will only affect the area that's been injected. Hyaulronidase will not migrate from your lips to your mid-face, cheeks, and temples. If you want those areas dissolved, you'll need to have those areas injected. Filler migration, swelling, and granulomas can cause significant discomfort and cosmetic ramifications. Our office specializes in the use of enzymes and filler reversal techniques without hyaluronidase to help improve the results of botched cosmetic fillers, whether caused by Juvederm, Restylane, or foreign fillers. Our plastic surgery institute provides expertise in filler removal. We begin by examining the facial fillers and assessing the likelihood of fluctuance or liquid volumization. If appropriate, we use Hylenex, or other filler reversal agents to reduce swelling and filler migration. Hylenex can be targeted into the areas of concern using multiple layered injection techniques. If the filler does not completely resolve, then additional concentrations may be employed. The technique has the potential to reduce the filler and may slightly impact normal hyaluronic acid. Treatments are repeated and results can improve immediately and with time.

Hyaluronidase dissolves the fillers it comes in contact with once injected  so injecting it in the lips will not affect other areas .
