Had filler in for just over a month. If I dissolve could I be left with any saggy skin either due to filler or dissolvant?

Hi I recently had some chin filler and jawline filler and I feel it doesn’t look right I was just wondering if I had it dissolved could there be a possibility of any loose skin either because of the dissolver or because of the filler I had two mls in my chin and 1.5 in my jawline. I feel it looks awful but I’m terrified to get it dissolved. Because it’s only been in for a short amount of time surely it won’t stretch out my skin?
