What can be done to minimize the appearance of track marks 1 year after under eye fat transfer? (photo)

Hello, I had under eye fat transfer 12 months ago and it left track marks. I’ve been back to the surgeon and we have tried exosomes under eye to try and remove them. But nothing has worked. He offered to repeat the procedure for no cost to try and get rid of them. I’m getting married in December so really want to remove them. But I’m worried I could end up worse. I don’t have the cash to see another surgeon. I’d love some thoughts on what to fox
