My hair is not falling out after sessions. I feel like it's getting thicker and spreading due to the shaving.

Hello, I have started laser for fascial hair removal, previously I had dark but thin hair. now I have done 10+ sessions in one place (didnt work) and changed to a new place and done around 5 sessions. However, the hair is growing but not falling out, and I feel like it is increasing or becoming thicker in nature. I don't know what to do with regards to this problem. Note: my hormone check is normal. should I stop laser?
