I've noticed after a 35kg weight loss my face is looking extremely hollow in particular under my eyes and my smile lines. I as wonder what procedures would be recommended to make my face look more youthful and pump. The risks of under eye filler concern me.

Bellafill or a cross linked hysluronic acid derivative like voluma or equivalent will fill your cheek bone areas and smile lines. If necessary you could have CO2 laser on lower lid areas to tighten them.
