Treatments for hollow face after weight loss? (photos)

I've noticed after a 35kg weight loss my face is looking extremely hollow in particular under my eyes and my smile lines. I as wonder what procedures would be recommended to make my face look more youthful and pump. The risks of under eye filler concern me.

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Good candidates for under-eye fillers are those with hollowing or volume loss under the eyes, have mild to moderate sagging under the eyes, and have good skin thickness and elasticity. Based on your photos, you may benefit from tear trough fillers to restore subtle volume and reduce discoloration and hollowing to refresh your appearance. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with great insight into the art of facial rejuvenation with fillers. First, congratulations on the dramatic weight loss. That's an amazing accomplishment. A robust volumizing filler, such as Voluma XC or Restylane Lyft, injected in the upper out cheek area can not only create a more heart-shaped face, but is likely to secondarily improve the hollows and incipient tear trough formation noted under the eyes, as well as likely improve secondarily the smile lines to the sides of the nose. With significant weight loss or aging, we can lose fat in our faces. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be used to restore that volume. Other options include facial fat grafting, which is a more permanent option. I don’t like under eye fillers either. Control is difficult at best because the skin is too thin. Bellafill or a cross linked hysluronic acid derivative like voluma or equivalent will fill your cheek bone areas and smile lines. If necessary you could have CO2 laser on lower lid areas to tighten them.
