I would like to get non surgical procedures to get a more feminine/attractive face however doctors that offer comprehensive facial consultations are far and few In between . Any recommendations?
Answer: Facial Rejuv -- PRP, Laser (Fraxel/Halo/Co2/moxi), emeragecosmetics COSMELAN ENLIGHTEN/ EMERAGESKIN AERIFY to give the face more femininity you can use fillers, peels and skincare to start. at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (EmerageSkin roller with anteage AERIFY MD ampules weekly, see link) should be started now to prevent further aging (see link). For facial rejuvenation, I would suggest a combination approach of 1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling 2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors 3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant or moxi regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium 4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill 5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting 6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest 7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8/pixel8 for tightening of the skin 8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months) Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: More attractive/feminine face Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. You have beautiful eyes and great lips! I would recommend dermal fillers to your tear troughs, upper lateral cheek and chin. Filling out your tear troughs will help make you look a little more refreshed. While filling out your upper lateral cheek will add a little more definition and lift to your face and take the emphasis off some of the heaviness of her lower cheeks. Filler to your chin will help add a little more projection to your chin and balance your face. Good luck!

Answer: Feminine face Hi, thank you for your question. Generally speaking an attractive feminine face has more volume in the mid face, less in the jawline and we overall aim at balanced proportions. From what I see in your pictures you are have a nice bone structure to start with. I would suggest that you add some volume (fillers) in your cheekbones to balance your buccal fat, treat your tear draft with hyaluronic acid to remove the fatigue from your eyes, enhance your upper lip (hyaluronic acid), add some volume to your chin (fillers) to achieve a more balanced projection and finally have some lipolytic sessions with kybella to reduce your double chin.
