What setting should the Cutera Excel V be on to create purpura and remove tiny broken blood vessels on the face?

I've recently had two treatments of Cutera Excel V laser on my face. Both treatments had no affect on my broken blood vessels. In the past I had Vbeam treatments on my broken blood vessels which created purpura - they faded away in a couple of weeks which i was very happy with! However I can't find any clinics/derms in my city that have Vbeam as supposedly the Cutera Excel V is the newer better version... What setting should it be on to create purpura and remove my tiny blood vessels?

Redness can be improved with a combination approach of lasers (ProYellow, Excel V, Vbeam) and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

That is a very normal reaction after the Cutera Excel V treatment. I usually tell my patients 1-3 days of  inflammation. I typically send my patients home with Cicalfate cream post treatment. Elevating your head at night may also help with any swelling you may have.
