Excel V is a wonderful laser it combines two different wave lengths to make it the most effective, and powerful vascular laser available. This laser includes a 532 laser and a 1064. Excel V is great for treating vascularity treatments and achieving  this in less time (fewer treatments) This includes Facial telangiectasia, Facial redness, Rosacea, cherry angiomas Bruising, and leg viens. The redness is called by small dilated blood vessels that are difficult to see with the human eye, and Excel V is a great treatment to treat redness/Rosacea.

Yes this is an excellent choice, the price is good as well. It likely will require a few sessions but I have seen allot of change with just one. There is a reduction of power required on the neck and Im certain your dermatologist will be keenly aware of this.

The Excel V is an excellent laser that works well for redness. Swelling is to be expected after this treatment if more aggressive parameters are used. There are adjustments to be made when using lasers on the different areas but this should be known by the operator of the device. Generally speaking this laser is much more effective for redness than the standard IPL would be but often still requires more than 1 treatment for best results. Good luck
