Hi, I just wondering if I get larger implants in after. Breast lift will the scars become more noticeable and stretch larger? I had surgery nearly 2 years ago now and I'm not happy with the size and of course wish I had of gone larger. Has anyone done this and what were your results? Answer: Breast Lift Thank you for asking the question. Yes, you do risk widening of the scar if you choose very big implants. You could opt for a fat injection as well to increase the breast amount by one cups or so.Good luck!Regards, Dr. Amit Gupta

Answer: Breast lift Hello and thank you for your excellent question. If you only place a larger implant, your scars should not change. However, I do think your scars can improve greatly with a revision. Of course, you will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation in person with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
