Is it normal to get a red (slightly raised) rash the day after Venus Viva?

Dear patient, There are 2 types of Venus Viva. Non ablative Diamond hand piece tightens the skin with no downtime. I believe you had the ablative nano-fractional radiofrquency treatment. Yes- 36 tiny insulated needles go under the skin and  inject radio-frequency energy to tighten the skin and promote Collagen synthesis. It is very normal to see mild inflammation in the form of tiny bumps on the skin. i keep the area moist with Aquaphore and these spots resolve in 2 to 3 day. I hope this was helpful.

5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting

6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

Applying sunscreen daily and a thin layer of Vaseline can help with any irritation, tightness, or dryness.
