I can see small red bumps on the skin (the skin is a bit red too) The MD says it’s normal but just want to put it out there. How long does this take to disappear? Also - anyone heard of or using the new Tixel for their skin. Any advice on what to expect down time and aftercare

Hey there,Post fractional RF, redness and mild swelling are normal. It usually lasts for 2-5 days depending on the resurfacing energy settings used. Use of a skin calming moisturiser twice a day and a sunscreen should be enough.
