Thanks for posting your question.  Final results from rhinoplasty will take months to evaluate.  Based on your images your nasal  tip does appear to have subtle asymmetry and your nasal pyramid or bridge may be slightly wide.   Speak to your surgeon and  review your concerns.  Likely he or she will ask you to monitor your results over the first year of healing.  At the end of the year a revision procedure can be performed to improve your results.

One month post op is still too early in the healing process to know the final results. Typically, the initial swelling after nose surgery subsides within two to three weeks.  However, residual swelling, especially in the tip of the nose, can take about a year to resolve as the contour refines. Swelling can also vary through the day, being more prominent in the morning. I know it can be hard but try and be patient as your nose continues to heal. If you still have concerns down the road follow up with your surgeon as he or she knows exactly what was done. Best of luck to you.
