Hey! I had a closed septorhinoplasty one month ago. I had uneven columella to start with so he shortened the longer side and didn't touch the other side. Now the adjusted side is noticeably shorter. Also my nose area looks too pinched above the nostrils, more so on one side (see arrow). To make this look even worse the bony area above that side on the upper part of my nose looks and feels too wide compared to the other side (arrow). Also when my cast was taken off I noticed this straight away.
