Can you swim in saltwater 2 days after face microneedled wearing SPF of 50?

Swimming in salt water after microneedling should be avoided for 10 days to 2 weeks. Your skin is undergoing healing and salt water could be very irritating to compromised skin.  Do wear your sunblock daily to protect that healing skin.

You do not want to swim after you have been microneedled for at least 2 weeks. The skin has been compromised and the risk of infection is much higher.
Sun exposure should also be avoided for 2 weeks after microneedling.

In short, NO!  Microneedling opens your skin barrier; opening the path for all sorts of infection.  You should avoid any sun exposure for at least 2 weeks.  I know this sounds like an over-abundance of caution, but read the article linked below.  A Dallas man died of complications after swimming with a new tattoo.  Best of luck.
