I think I read somewhere that Botox and Dysport may migrate within the first few hours of administration if you rub your face while it’s still settling in. I plan to get Botox in the early afternoon. Is it safe to sleep on my stomach or side that night? Or do I need to sleep on my back to be on the safe side? I was nervous that the pressure on my eye area or face could cause the Botox to migrate to unintended areas.
