Yes, it is possible to reduce your breasts without giving you a completely flat masculine look. This can likely be done through either a periareolar or a keyhole incision.
I recommend you consult with a plastic surgeon who specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery and be sure they address all your concerns including the risks and benefits of the procedures, recovery time and postoperative course. Above all you should clearly express your desired aesthetic goals so that your plastic surgeon can develop a personalized treatment plan for you. 
I believe a key component of the consultation is to establish a good connection with your plastic surgeon. If you don’t feel you have a good connection after your consultation then they may not be the best surgeon for you.

Yes, I do think you would be an appropriate candidate for a keyhole incision based on your three photos. Your goals are very reasonable, and I would make sure that if you end up going in for a consultation with any surgeon, you bring these desired "after" photos so your surgeon can get a good idea about what your desired look is. Also, taking any tissue can leave the areolas smaller, but only by a small amount.

One option is to perform a breast reduction through a keyhole incision. Another option is to perform liposuction only to remove the excess fat which will reduce the breasts.
