Can butt implants affect your lower spinal when you sit and can it impinge a nerve near your rectum area making it feel a sentation to make you feel you have to use the bathroom? Sorry if this soulds strange. Thank you.

Occasionally, if placed improperly, the implants can put pressure on the sciatic nerve and cause pain in the lower back and leg. This can be revised with proper placement and revision. Please be sure to choose a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for their work in the medical community.
