The first most important thing is to determine whether you’re implants are intramuscular or not. Intramuscular placement is crucial to avoid droopy appearance of the implants and natural contour over the long term. Second, is to strongly consider replacing your implants with a more anatomically correct implant shape such as a Stanton Anatomic oval gluteal implant. Because the gluteus muscles that the implants are placed in make up an oval shape not a round shape, oval shaped implants a more anatomically correct and therefore look most natural, especially with positional changes such as bending over and squatting down.
