Left breast flat at the top 6 months post op - will I need a revision to fix this? (Photos)

Hello 6 months ago I had a breast lift with implants. 325 on right 345 left silicone UTM. My right is flat at the top where my left is more round. My left nipple also is off to the side and not in the center. (Bigger implant side). When I lay down my right breast slightly goes to the side and on the inside of my boob it feels flat.
