Both nostrils and my mouth look very asymmetric and the corners of the mouth also seem to be drooping. Is there any way to correct it?
Answer: Why dermal fillers may be right for you Thank you for your question and photo. You may benefit most from dermal filler injections to improve symmetry. These hyaluronic acid formulas can increase volume to provide a subtle lift where needed to create a balanced appearance. They can also be used to lift the corners of the mouth for a supple result. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced expert injector. They will be able to discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with you to help you decide on the best treatment option.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and lip lifting Hello! Thank you for your question. From the photo you provided it looks like you have the ''sad face'' syndrome. I recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery combined with lip lifting surgery to elevate the subnasal area and give you a fresher and more elegant look.Best regards!

Answer: The easiest way to elevate the corners of your mouth is to smile! Based on your up close photo, you appear to have flaring nostrils, however, there does not appear to be significant asymmetry. You may have indentations by the corners of your mouth, however, this may not need to be addressed with any treatment. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
