Always you taken about the 2 minutes massage after remove the Coolsculpting applicator, what about a massage by hands or electric belt "EMS relaxation techniques" for three - five days after the treatment, it does that help ???

It helps break down the fat cells and improves your results by 70 percent. You may still see some results without the massage, but you will get the most benefit from massaging for two minutes immediately after treatment. Do it right and make it worth your time and money.

Answer: Cool Sculpting post treatment massage Clinical studies have shown that the 2 minute massage immediately after applicator removal has yielding enhanced results versus those who were treated without the massage. This massage breaks up the crystallized fat cells. Whereas, additional massage should not inhibit the results, no studies exist to show continued massage will enhance the results any further. Theoretically any target exercise, massage and/or increased water intake will increase circulation and lymphatic drainage which could potentially help the fat lipolysis as well. Best Regards,
