I had 3 treatments on my abdomen yesterday, drinking plenty of water, have been wearing Spanks, massaging area in shower and my stomach is very upset...and I dont know if that will counter act anything from the Coolsculpting. My Doctor said dont take any anti-inflammatories. Please let me know. I took two tablets thus far. Thanks!

Thank you for your question. Bromelain has been studied as an anti-thrombotic and anti-inflammatory agent. Because it has this anti-inflammatory agent I would stay away from it for a while. Hope this was helpful. Best wishes on your fat freezing journey!
