QUESTIONS ANSWERED

I advise patients to wait at least one year after a surgery to do Coolsculpting treatments because the incision scar needs to heal and mature.

Consult with a trusted physician to determine if you are a good candidate for coolsculpting. They will discuss your expectations and treatment protocol. Thank you and good luck!

You are still early in your pregnancy that you shouldn’t have any concerns with your recent coolsculpting treatment. However, you should not have any further treatments. CoolSculpting is more superficial on the surface so it would likely not harm you, although I suggest that you go to your physician to check things out. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Good luck!

I would not suggest coolsculpting for male gynecomastia because the chances are slim for successfully eliminating fat cells in that area. A liposuction procedure would be a more beneficial treatment for the chest area. However every patient is different and it depends on their type of fat content.

Consult with a trusted physician to determine your best option. They will discuss your expectations and treatment protocol. Thank you and good luck!

CoolSculpting for “sloped” chin?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

I suggest coolsculpting would be your best option. Because of your young age, your skin has enough elasticity for tightening in addition to the fat reduction. Consult with a trusted physician to determine if you are a good candidate for coolsculpting. They will discuss your expectations and treatment protocol.

Immediately following a Coolsculpting treatment, the two minute massage is extremely important. It helps break down the fat cells and improves your results by 70 percent.

You may still see some results without the massage, but you will get the most benefit from massaging for two minutes immediately after treatment. Do it right and make it worth your time and money.

CoolSculpting does not penetrate through the fat and into the organs. The fat is a more superficial layer and the treatment will not affect internal organs. Hernias are one of the contraindications for coolsculpting and is not advised to do treatments on them.

Coolsculpting is not covered by insurance because it is a cosmetic procedure that is not a medical necessity for any condition.

Consult with a trusted physician to determine if you are a good candidate for coolsculpting. They will discuss your expectations and treatment protocol. Thank you and good luck!

You do not have to wait to submerge in water after having a CoolSculpting treatment. A jacuzzi will have no effect on your results so you can do it immediately.

Although that would be convenient, PRP is only effective for a short period of time. It is crucial to apply or inject PRP immediately after it’s drawn and spun. Taking it home would defeat the purpose and would not be effective.

This depends on where the incisions are and where you would like the CoolSculpting treatment. I advise you to wait at least two weeks post-surgery to do CoolSculpting treatments. Now as for treatment over a scar, wait for it to fully heal one year and also consider the maturity, depth, and sensitivity of the scar.
