Are my sutures supposed to look like this and will it heal imperceptibly with this technique?

idontwanttwo
I know it's dependent upon how it will look months from now, but is this a "technique" used. I'm worried because I've looked at other pics and my sutures don't look similar, sutures look clean and edges approximated. I just see skin that's inflamed? Best description I could give it is that the skin looks bulgy and overlapping, I can't tell by how the sutures were done. I got my procedure done 9/25/15, so I'm about two days post-op. Sutures will be removed 10 days after procedure.
