Its been 2 months my buttocks is little flat .I said is was the center is not is the lower buttocks . My surgeon told me to do squats.. I spoke about the scuptra injection. .she told me to do those exercises.

Answer: Sculptra Butt Lift After a Fat Transfer Hi and thank you for your question! Judging from your photos, I am assuming you got a fat transfer with nice results. I would wait a few more months to make sure your procedure (the fat transfer) is settled before considering Sculptra. Injections of Poly-L-Lactic Acid. Sculptra can provide additional lift and very modest volume if injected correctly by an experienced dermatologist or plastic surgeon. The key is to be realistic about what it can do -- the Sculptra Butt Lift is not comparable to fat grafting. Sculptra can provide more lift then a significant change in volume. In our practice, we have definitely used it after fat grafting if a patient wanted a little extra lift or contouring and doesn't want to undergo surgery again with good success, as long as your expectations are realistic. Just make sure you work with someone who is experienced in this off-label use of Sculptra.

Sculptra well placed could assist in more volume to the lower buttocks, although I would recommend that you wait for at least 2 more months to allow the fat graft to be secure. Remember that Sculptra is not permanent and you may need touch ups in coming years to maintain your volume.

We are seeing very nice results with the Sculptra Butt Life, especially in patients such as your self that are already well sculpted at the waist. Unfortunately, due to the high price of Sculptra it can be quite expensive. We have been doing an introductory price of $7000 for 20 vials of Sculptra injected in 2 sessions one month apart.
