Almond milk and Tummy tuck?

Question

I read the carton and it said almond milk has 50% vitamin E in it ! Can I still consume this milk is it safe , I enjoy it as a shake .

Truthfully, I am not certain as to the answer.That being said, I always suggest that
patients refrain from vitamin E for two weeks prior to surgery.It would not hurt to also refrain from almond
milk.Best of Luck.

They don't mean its 50% Vitamin E, they mean that one serving has 50% of your recommended daily allowance. You'll be fine, enjoy your shake.
