Almond milk and Tummy tuck?

I read the carton and it said almond milk has 50% vitamin E in it ! Can I still consume this milk is it safe , I enjoy it as a shake .

There is a significantly higher incidence of necrosis and healing problems in smokers versus non smokers. To reduce this risk we ask our patients who smoke to stop smoking 4-6 weeks before surgery. We ask them not start again for several weeks afterwards until we are sure healing is complete....

2 weeks post op with some leaking from my tummy tuck incision. Is this normal?

Sounds as though you have a seroma, which is relatively common after a tummy tuck. Seromas do not resolve spontaneously and need to be drained to improve. It's also generally a good idea to utilize compression (binder, garment) after drainage to limit recurrence.Hope this helps!

By looking at the photos, it does not seem to be a hematoma at this time. Most probable what you see is the difference in the amount of fat (thickness) that you have above the belly button and below the belly button, this also accentuated by the swelling in the area. During the tummy tuck...
