I did ultherapy 5 months ago for marionette lines but I have not seen any results. Can I do micro needling rf?

In general, marionette lines typically respond well, in the hands of an expert injector, to the use of a robust HA lifting filler properly injected. It's been done for years with very gratifying results, even in persons with much more pronounced marionette lines than those seen in the photos. Typically results can be achieved in one, ten minute treatment session and usually with little to no significant downtime. 
I am not surprised at the lack of success with the prior therapy, since the hard science to support the use of so many of expensive energybased gizmos being hawked out there lags woefully behind the heavy marketing hype and social media buzz to promote them. Sorry. 
You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler treatment expert and best of luck.

This is a great question. At 5 months post Ultherapy, most results should be visible by now although collagen stimulation and skin tightening can still continue to develop over the next 6 months. Ultherapy is extremely user dependent, but marionette lines are very multifactorial as well. To achieve a reduction in the appearance of the marionette lines, Sculptra and hylaruonic acid fillers for a full-facial balancing treatment should help to achieve your goals, paired with RF microneedling for some additional skin tightening.
