Botched lipo undulations (3 years post) - can this be fixed without more lip? (Photos)

Can this be fixed without doing lipo again? I had lipo 3 years ago out of the country and it was super botched and I obviously have no support from the original doctor. I’m Thinking of microneedling rf for the undulations and waviness. I’ve had 2 sessions of morpheus8 but didn’t really like the provider so I didn’t go back for the third treatment.
