Would RF microneedling with erbium fractional combo help these scars? I have had multiple rounds of subscision, filler, nonablative fractional laser, microneedling etc. Last two big treatments i did over the past 3 years was 2 ablative co2 lasers. looking to keep the momentum up and continue treatment where maybe possible improve? help!!!

Based on the photos, there appears to be a combination of rolling and boxcar-type scarring with residual textural irregularities. RF microneedling may still provide additional improvement by stimulating collagen remodeling at deeper levels of the skin, particularly when combined with regenerative treatments such as PRP or PRF. An erbium fractional laser may also complement RF microneedling by targeting more superficial texture and blending scar edges.
That said, expectations become especially important after multiple prior procedures. While further improvement is certainly possible, it is often more gradual, and combination approaches typically produce better results than any single treatment alone.
A thorough in-person evaluation would be necessary to determine whether residual tethering, volume loss, or skin texture is the primary factor limiting further improvement. This helps guide whether additional subcision, RF microneedling, laser resurfacing, regenerative treatments, or a combination strategy would provide the greatest benefit.
